Description
A set of 5 pathtags commemorating the KMTA GeoTrail project. This is a collaborative project between the Kenai Mountains-Turnagain Arm National Heritage Area and GeocacheAlaska! Inc. that established Alaska’s first official GeoTrail in 2023. The trail is composed of 23 geocaches between Seward, Cooper Landing, Hope, and Girdwood within the KMTA corridor. A set contains five of the same tag.
Pathtags have a serial number that is for the tag design. All tags with the same design have the name number. You can log these tags online at pathtags.com by creating a free account on their system. These tags are NOT trackable at geocaching.com and they are not considered trackable items. Pathtags are generally collected and traded. Some geocachers like to leave pathtags as SWAG items to trade with other items in a geocache.
